What does a fire risk assessment involve?Before the visit, we will send you a checklist to help prepare for the fire risk assessment. How often should a fire risk assessment be reviewed?A fire risk assessment should be reviewed whenever there are significant changes to the workplace, activities carried out, the number of people involved, or if there has been a fire. In the event that there have been no significant changes, a fire risk assessment should be reviewed by a competent person at least once a year.

Will you get a fire safety certificate?Fire safety certificates are no longer issued. The fire risk assessment report is the documentation that is legally required.
